Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of vendor and partner accounts
• Develop account plans to drive retention and growth
• Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Negotiate partnership agreements and renewals
• Collaborate with marketing on joint promotions

Who You Are

• 2+ years in account management, sales, or partnerships
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Strong presentation and communication in English
• Experience in health/wellness industry is a plus
