Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendor partners and ensure high satisfaction
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Resolve concerns quickly with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams
• Track and report on key customer satisfaction metrics

Who You Are

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client services
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics
• Ability to work across time zones
• Experience in retail or property management is a plus
