Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify marketing trends and optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards for campaign performance and reporting
• Develop statistical models to improve targeting and ROI
• Design A/B tests to optimize marketing funnels and conversion
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on data-informed campaigns
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and leadership

Who You Are

• 2+ years in data science, analytics, or quantitative marketing field
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent communication for presenting complex findings
