Data Scientist / Analyst

As a Data Scientist / Analyst, you will analyse large datasets to identify talent trends and patterns, build and maintain dashboards for recruitment and operations, and develop statistical models to improve candidate matching. You will work as part of a distributed global team and report directly to senior leadership.

We are looking for candidates who can 2+ years in data science, analytics, or quantitative field, proficiency in sql and python (or r) for data analysis, and experience with data visualisation tools (tableau, power bi). The expected experience level for this position is 2+ years experience.

The Data Scientist / Analyst position pays $1500 - $2500 / month USD. Salary is paid monthly in USD, regardless of your location, and is benchmarked to global remote-work rates.
