Data Scientist / Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist/Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decisions across every part of our business.

You will work on our matching algorithms, analyse talent market trends, build dashboards, and uncover insights that help us connect companies with the best remote professionals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to identify talent trends and patterns
• Build and maintain dashboards for recruitment and operations
• Develop statistical models to improve candidate matching
• Design A/B tests to optimise hiring funnels
• Collaborate with engineering on data infrastructure
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership

Who You Are

• 2+ years in data science, analytics, or quantitative field
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
• Experience with big data tools is a plus (Spark, BigQuery)
• Excellent communication for presenting complex findings
