About the Role
We are looking for Affiliate Program Coordinators to recruit, manage, and support affiliate partners for our clients. You will oversee program operations, track performance, and ensure affiliates have the resources they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners through outreach and affiliate networks
- Provide affiliates with marketing materials, links, and promotional support
- Monitor affiliate performance and identify top-performing partners for scale
- Process commission payments and resolve affiliate inquiries promptly
- Track program metrics and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
- Identify fraudulent activity and enforce program terms and conditions
Who You Are
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with affiliate networks such as ShareASale, CJ, or Impact
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheet tools
- Understanding of affiliate marketing metrics and commission structures
- Organised and detail-oriented approach to partner management
- 1-2 years of affiliate marketing or partnership coordination experience
