About the Role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to own our brand presence across all social platforms.

You'll create content, engage our community, and drive brand awareness in the global HR and remote work space. This part-time role is perfect for someone who wants to make a big impact with a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms
  • Create engaging content including posts, graphics, and video
  • Schedule and publish content using management tools
  • Engage with followers, comments, and mentions daily
  • Track and report on social media KPIs and growth
  • Stay on top of social media trends and platform changes

Who You Are

  • 1+ year managing social media for a brand or organisation
  • Excellent visual design sense and content creation skills
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
  • Strong copywriting skills with brand voice sensibility
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe)
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
