Remote Transcriptionist / Captioner

About the Role

We are looking for accurate Transcriptionists and Captioners to convert audio and video content into written text. Your work will help make content accessible, searchable, and usable for a global audience.

This is a flexible, entry-level role perfect for someone with excellent listening skills and fast, accurate typing. No degree required, just a good ear and a reliable keyboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio and video recordings with high accuracy
• Add timestamps and speaker labels as required
• Generate closed captions for video content
• Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar and clarity
• Follow client-specific formatting and style guidelines
• Meet daily and weekly transcription targets

Who You Are

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
• Excellent listening skills and command of English
• No degree required, we train you on our tools
• Ability to focus for extended periods
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Experience with transcription software is a plus but not required
