About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to join our operations team. You will process and maintain accurate records across multiple databases, ensuring our global talent infrastructure runs smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, can type quickly and accurately, and enjoys working independently. Full training on our systems will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy
• Verify and correct data where necessary
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits
• Organise and maintain digital filing systems
• Assist with ad hoc administrative and data projects
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Who You Are

• Typing speed of 30+ WPM (test will be administered)
• Basic computer literacy, comfortable with spreadsheets and web apps
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free environment
• Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
