About the Role

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to identify and qualify sales opportunities for our clients. You will research prospects, initiate outreach, and set up meetings for closing teams. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who enjoy the thrill of the hunt.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and identify key decision makers within organisations
• Initiate outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest
• Qualify leads based on BANT criteria and pass high-quality opportunities to closing teams
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting and messaging
• Achieve daily and weekly activity metrics including calls, emails, and meetings booked

Who You Are

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilient and persistent mindset with a positive attitude toward rejection
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Basic understanding of sales methodologies and qualification frameworks
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• 0-2 years of sales development or B2B sales experience
