About the Role

We are looking for Appointment Setters to schedule qualified meetings between prospects and sales teams. You will handle outbound calls, manage calendars, and ensure a smooth handoff process. This role is ideal for articulate communicators who enjoy conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads to qualify interest and schedule sales meetings
• Manage multiple sales calendars to book appointments efficiently
• Confirm appointments and send calendar invitations with relevant details
• Handle objections professionally and keep prospects engaged
• Track appointment setting metrics and report daily results
• Maintain a professional and friendly phone manner at all times

Who You Are

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection
• Strong organisational skills and attention to scheduling details
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Basic proficiency with calendar tools and CRM systems
• 0-2 years of appointment setting or telemarketing experience
