About the Role
We are hiring Cloud Engineers to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools
- Monitor cloud resources for performance, cost, and security using native and third-party tools
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain documentation for architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures
Who You Are
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)
- Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
- Solid understanding of networking, security groups, IAM, and VPC design
- 2+ years of cloud engineering or DevOps experience preferred
