Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will design, build, and maintain the systems that power our global HR platform - from AI matching engines to candidate verification pipelines.

You'll work alongside our CTO (ex-Google) and contribute to a tech stack that processes millions of professional profiles. This is a chance to build infrastructure that connects talent with opportunity across 60+ countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
• Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines for candidate matching
• Develop and maintain the .vpcg verification infrastructure
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Monitor and improve system performance and reliability

Who You Are

• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and agile workflows
