Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core platform.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build products that connect companies with top remote professionals worldwide. This is a high-impact role where your decisions shape the experience of thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders
• Write clear product specifications and user stories
• Work with designers on UX/UI improvements and prototypes
• Analyse product metrics to inform data-driven decisions
• Lead cross-functional product launches and retrospectives

Who You Are

• 3+ years of product management in tech or SaaS
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with product analytics tools
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
• Technical background or ability to understand engineering trade-offs
