About the Role

We are hiring Online Business Managers to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and drive project execution for our clients online businesses. You will be the operational backbone, ensuring systems run smoothly and goals are met on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure all business processes run efficiently
  • Manage virtual teams including hiring, training, and performance reviews
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for all key functions
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of client commitments
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for client accounts
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in operations management or business management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com
  • Financial acumen with budget management experience
  • 3-5 years of business management or operations experience
