About the Role
We are hiring Cybersecurity Analysts to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, or similar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation with engineering teams
- Perform security incident response and forensic analysis when breaches occur
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and incident response playbooks
- Conduct security awareness training and phishing simulations for staff
- Stay informed about emerging threats, CVEs, and security best practices
Who You Are
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, attack vectors, and defence strategies
- Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management platforms
- Knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control concepts
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR)
- Excellent analytical and incident response skills
- Security certification (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or similar) preferred
