As a Database Administrator, you will install, configure, and maintain database servers including postgresql, mysql, and mongodb, monitor database performance and tune queries, indexes, and configurations for optimal speed, and implement backup and recovery strategies and perform regular restore drills. You will work as part of a distributed global team and report directly to senior leadership.
We are looking for candidates who can strong experience with relational databases (postgresql, mysql) and nosql databases (mongodb, redis), proficiency in sql query optimisation and performance tuning, and knowledge of database backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies. The expected experience level for this position is 3-5 years.
