About the Role
We are hiring DevOps Engineers to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for application and infrastructure observability
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and reliability
- Participate in on-call rotation for production incident response and resolution
Who You Are
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD)
- Proficiency with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
- Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation tasks
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK stack)
- 3+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience preferred
