Network Administrator

About the Role

We are hiring Network Administrators to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Monitor network performance and availability using tools like PRTG, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform root cause analysis
• Manage VPN access and remote connectivity for distributed team members
• Implement network security policies including ACLs, VLANs, and segmentation
• Document network topology, configurations, and change management procedures

Who You Are

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, or Ubiquiti networking equipment
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
• Understanding of firewall management and security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues systematically
• 2+ years of network administration experience preferred
