About the Role
We are hiring System Administrators to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Linux and Windows server infrastructure including installation, patching, and maintenance
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access control across enterprise systems
- Monitor system performance and uptime using monitoring and alerting tools
- Perform regular backups and test disaster recovery procedures
- Automate routine system administration tasks using scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues escalated from the help desk
Who You Are
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows server administration
- Proficiency with scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and identity management
- Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
- 2+ years of system administration experience preferred
