About the Role
We are hiring Curriculum Developers to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design course curricula, syllabi, and lesson plans for online learning programmes
- Develop instructional materials including slide decks, worksheets, and assessments
- Write clear learning objectives and align content with educational standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and depth of content
- Review and revise existing curriculum based on learner feedback and performance data
- Incorporate instructional design best practices and adult learning principles
Who You Are
- Strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, or education
- Excellent writing and content organisation skills
- Familiarity with learning management systems and online education tools
- Ability to break down complex topics into digestible learning modules
- Creative thinking and a learner-centred approach to content design
- 2+ years in education, instructional design, or related field preferred
