As a Instructional Designer, you will design and develop engaging e-learning courses using authoring tools like articulate storyline or adobe captivate, create storyboards, scripts, and visual mock-ups for multimedia learning content, and apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to course development. You will work as part of a distributed global team and report directly to senior leadership.
We are looking for candidates who can proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (articulate 360, storyline, captivate, or similar), strong understanding of instructional design models (addie, sam, or similar), and excellent visual design sensibility and attention to detail. The expected experience level for this position is 1-3 years.
