About the Role
We are hiring Instructional Designers to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Create storyboards, scripts, and visual mock-ups for multimedia learning content
- Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to course development
- Develop interactive assessments, simulations, and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce rich media content
- Test and refine courses based on learner feedback and performance analytics
Who You Are
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Captivate, or similar)
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or similar)
- Excellent visual design sensibility and attention to detail
- Strong writing and storyboarding skills for educational content
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration standards
- 1+ years of instructional design or e-learning development experience
