About the Role
We are hiring Online Tutors to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online tutoring sessions in your subject area of expertise
- Assess student learning levels and adapt teaching methods to individual needs
- Create and share learning resources, practice problems, and study guides
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve tutoring materials
Who You Are
- Strong subject matter expertise in one or more academic areas (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Excellent communication and teaching skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Patient, encouraging, and passionate about helping students succeed
- Comfortable using virtual tutoring platforms, video conferencing, and digital whiteboards
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for sessions
- Teaching or tutoring experience preferred; relevant degree is a plus
