About the Role

We are hiring Onboarding Specialists to design and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for new hires. You will coordinate pre-boarding activities, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure every new team member feels welcomed, equipped, and ready to contribute. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide, with opportunities across a growing portfolio of global clients. A typical day involves logging into our secure portal, reviewing your task queue, and manage the pre-boarding process including offer acceptance, background checks, and document collection. From there you will conduct virtual new hire orientation sessions introducing company culture, policies, and tools. Most work is self-directed: you receive daily or weekly targets and organise your own schedule, as long as quality standards are met. You will use a combination of standard office tools and our proprietary internal systems.

This role is perfect for someone who can excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for conducting engaging orientation sessions and strong organisational skills to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously. Full training is provided, and we actively promote from within — many of our current team leads started in this exact role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the pre-boarding process including offer acceptance, background checks, and document collection
  • Conduct virtual new hire orientation sessions introducing company culture, policies, and tools
  • Coordinate with IT and operations to ensure new hires have equipment and system access
  • Develop and maintain onboarding checklists, guides, and training materials
  • Monitor new hire experience and collect feedback to continuously improve the onboarding programme
  • Track onboarding completion and support managers with new hire integration plans

Training & Onboarding

Your first two weeks are structured onboarding, guided by a dedicated mentor:

  • Week 1: Introduction to our internal tools, team rituals, and supervised practice tasks with real-time feedback
  • Week 2: Independent work on live tasks with reduced supervision, quality benchmarks, and a proficiency assessment
  • Ongoing: Weekly quality scorecards, monthly performance reviews, and access to advanced training modules

All training is paid. You will never be asked to work without first being shown how.
