We are hiring Leasing Consultants to assist prospective tenants in finding and securing rental properties. You will conduct virtual tours, answer inquiries, process applications, and guide renters through the leasing journey from first contact to move-in. A typical day involves logging into our secure portal, reviewing your task queue, and respond to inbound leasing inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text messaging. From there you will conduct virtual property tours and showcase unit features to prospective tenants. Most work is self-directed: you receive daily or weekly targets and organise your own schedule, as long as quality standards are met. You will use a combination of standard office tools and our proprietary internal systems.
This role is perfect for someone who can excellent sales and customer service skills with a persuasive yet helpful approach and strong verbal and written communication skills for virtual presentations.
