About the Role
We are hiring Leasing Consultants to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leasing inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text messaging
- Conduct virtual property tours and showcase unit features to prospective tenants
- Qualify leads by understanding their budget, timeline, and lifestyle preferences
- Process rental applications, verify income and rental history, and prepare lease documents
- Follow up with prospects throughout the leasing cycle to maintain engagement
- Maintain knowledge of available units, pricing, and community amenities at all times
Who You Are
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with a persuasive yet helpful approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for virtual presentations
- Ability to build rapport with prospects through phone and video interactions
- Organisational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management platforms
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
