About the Role

We are hiring Academic Writers to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write academic papers, essays, and reports on assigned topics
• Format citations and references according to APA, MLA, Chicago, or Harvard style guides
• Develop study guides, lecture notes, and supplementary educational materials
• Proofread and edit academic content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure content quality
• Adhere to strict academic integrity and originality standards

Who You Are

• Excellent academic writing and research skills in English
• Familiarity with major citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to write clearly and persuasively on complex topics
• Time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
• Advanced degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field preferred
