You will source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple roles and regions, ensuring we hire exceptional remote professionals. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide, with opportunities across a growing portfolio of global clients. The salary for this role is $600 - $1200 , paid monthly in USD, and reflects RemoteTask Online's global compensation model for fully remote professionals.
A typical day involves logging into our secure portal, reviewing your task queue, and manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting through offer negotiation and acceptance. From there you will source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative sourcing strategies. Most work is self-directed: you receive daily or weekly targets and organise your own schedule, as long as quality standards are met. You will use a combination of standard office tools and our proprietary internal systems.
This role is perfect for someone who can strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing strategies and excellent candidate assessment and interviewing skills. Full training is provided, and we actively promote from within — many of our current team leads started in this exact role.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting through offer negotiation and acceptance, source candidates using linkedin recruiter, job boards, and creative sourcing strategies, and screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit. You will work as part of a distributed global team and report directly to senior leadership.
