About the Role

We are hiring Lead Generation Specialists to research, identify, and qualify potential customers for our clients. You will use a combination of tools and manual research to build targeted prospect lists. This role is perfect for detail-oriented researchers with a sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, and web research
  • Verify prospect contact information including email addresses and phone numbers
  • Segment leads by industry, company size, and buying intent signals
  • Clean and enrich lead data using tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo
  • Hand off qualified leads to the sales team with detailed research notes
  • Track lead generation metrics and refine targeting criteria based on conversion data

Who You Are

  • Strong online research skills with ability to find accurate contact information
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales intelligence platforms
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels
  • Proficient in spreadsheet tools for data management
  • 1-2 years of lead generation or sales research experience
