About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues in a timely manner
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the support process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, policies, and procedures

Who You Are

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and chat platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Empathetic listener who can de-escalate tense situations
• 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required
