Remote Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are looking for friendly and professional Customer Service Representatives to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a desire to build a career in customer success. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues with empathy and efficiency
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to senior team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and policies
• Contribute to a knowledge base of FAQs and support articles
• Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new tools
• Customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
