Client Onboarding Specialist

About the Role

We are hiring Client Onboarding Specialists to welcome and guide new clients through their initial setup and activation process. You will ensure every client has a smooth start, from account creation to first milestone. This role is ideal for process-driven individuals who enjoy helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients from sign-up to activation
• Conduct welcome calls and walk clients through platform setup and best practices
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation, checklists, and video guides
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client blockers during onboarding
• Track onboarding milestones and ensure timely progression through the journey
• Collect feedback and iterate on the onboarding process to improve conversion

Who You Are

• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently to non-technical clients
• Experience with CRM platforms and onboarding tools
• Empathetic and client-focused mindset
• 1-3 years in client onboarding, customer success, or account management
