Online Course Facilitator

About the Role

We are hiring Online Course Facilitators to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and onboard new learners to the course platform and community
• Facilitate weekly discussion forums and group activities to deepen learning
• Provide timely feedback on learner assignments and assessments
• Host live Q&A sessions and office hours to support learner questions
• Monitor learner progress and reach out to those who fall behind
• Collect feedback to continuously improve the course experience

Who You Are

• Excellent facilitation and group communication skills
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy
• Ability to foster inclusive and engaging online learning communities
• Familiarity with learning management systems and virtual classroom tools
• Empathy and patience when supporting diverse learner needs
• Previous teaching, training, or facilitation experience preferred
