As a Online Course Facilitator, you will welcome and onboard new learners to the course platform and community, facilitate weekly discussion forums and group activities to deepen learning, and provide timely feedback on learner assignments and assessments. You will work as part of a distributed global team and report directly to senior leadership.
We are looking for candidates who can excellent facilitation and group communication skills, strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy, and ability to foster inclusive and engaging online learning communities. The expected experience level for this position is 1-2 years.
