About the Role
We are hiring Compliance Analysts to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on organisational policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and identify areas of potential exposure
- Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
- Assist with internal investigations and prepare reports on compliance incidents
- Support regulatory filing and reporting requirements across jurisdictions
- Deliver compliance training sessions to employees and track completion
Who You Are
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing policies and identifying compliance gaps
- Excellent written communication skills for policy drafting and reporting
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple compliance workstreams
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and compliance monitoring tools
- 1+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience preferred
