About the Role
We are hiring Paralegals to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents
- Draft and review legal documents including motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and contracts
- Organise and maintain case files, evidence, and document databases
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation including exhibit management
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel regarding case logistics
- Manage case calendars and ensure all filing deadlines and court dates are met
Who You Are
- Paralegal certificate or associate degree in paralegal studies
- Strong knowledge of legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis, or PACER)
- Excellent document drafting and formatting skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Understanding of court procedures, filing requirements, and e-filing systems
- 1+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department preferred
