About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments for educational institutions and training organisations
- Develop strategic recommendations for curriculum improvement and edtech adoption
- Create implementation roadmaps for learning management system deployments
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and administrators
- Evaluate programme effectiveness using learning analytics and assessment data
- Write detailed consulting reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Who You Are
- Deep knowledge of educational systems, curriculum standards, and instructional best practices
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent presentation and client-facing communication abilities
- Experience with educational technology platforms and digital learning tools
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements
- 5+ years in education, instructional design, or educational consulting preferred
