About the Role

We are hiring UX/UI Designers to create user-centred digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will conduct research, design wireframes and prototypes, and craft beautiful interfaces. This role is for designers who care deeply about how products work and feel. The salary for this role is $800 - $1500 , paid monthly in USD, and reflects RemoteTask Online's global compensation model for fully remote professionals.

A typical day involves logging into our secure portal, reviewing your task queue, and conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. From there you will create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma or Sketch. Most work is self-directed: you receive daily or weekly targets and organise your own schedule, as long as quality standards are met. You will use a combination of standard office tools and our proprietary internal systems.

This role is perfect for someone who can strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design skills and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Full training is provided, and we actively promote from within — many of our current team leads started in this exact role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma or Sketch
  • Design pixel-perfect UI components and maintain design systems
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the development cycle
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B test results
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders confidently

Training & Onboarding

Your first two weeks are structured onboarding, guided by a dedicated mentor:

  • Week 1: Introduction to our internal tools, team rituals, and supervised practice tasks with real-time feedback
  • Week 2: Independent work on live tasks with reduced supervision, quality benchmarks, and a proficiency assessment
  • Ongoing: Weekly quality scorecards, monthly performance reviews, and access to advanced training modules

All training is paid. You will never be asked to work without first being shown how.
