Patient Coordinator

About the Role

We are hiring Patient Coordinators to support our growing portfolio of global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
• Answer incoming patient calls and respond to inquiries about services and procedures
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on referral status
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information during intake
• Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications to patients
• Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system

Who You Are

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm and professional phone manner
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with scheduling software and practice management systems
• Empathy and patience when dealing with patients about health concerns
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Previous healthcare administration or customer service experience preferred
