We are looking for Online Community Moderators to manage and grow communities across social platforms, forums, and branded spaces. You will engage with members, enforce guidelines, spark conversations, and report insights. This role combines customer engagement with content moderation. The salary for this role is $400 - $750 , paid monthly in USD, and reflects RemoteTask Online's global compensation model for fully remote professionals.
A typical day involves logging into our secure portal, reviewing your task queue, and monitor community platforms daily for user-generated content and engagement. From there you will enforce community guidelines and code of conduct consistently. Most work is self-directed: you receive daily or weekly targets and organise your own schedule, as long as quality standards are met. You will use a combination of standard office tools and our proprietary internal systems.
This role is perfect for someone who can excellent written communication and interpersonal skills and familiarity with online communities, forums, and social media platforms. Full training is provided, and we actively promote from within — many of our current team leads started in this exact role.
